1. Account Terms

• • You must be 18 years or older to create an account
• • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account
• • You may not use our service for illegal purposes

2. Digital Products

• • All digital products are delivered electronically
• • Downloads are available immediately after purchase
• • Products are licensed, not sold (see License Terms)
• • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products

3. Payments & Refunds

• • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• • Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• • Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded
• • We may offer refunds at our discretion for technical issues

4. Membership (Platinum Club)

• • Memberships auto-renew unless cancelled
• • You may cancel anytime from your account settings
• • Downloaded files remain licensed after cancellation
• • We may modify membership benefits with 30 days notice

5. Intellectual Property

• • All designs are protected by copyright
• • Your license grants usage rights, not ownership
• • The PrintCutCarve name and logo are trademarks
• • User-generated content remains your property

6. Limitation of Liability

PrintCutCarve is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PrintCutCarve after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
